Cast Iron Manhole Covers for underground networks chambres acces.
MCD has under designing and redesigning cast iron street covers (for drainage and sewerage) for use to any foundry manufacturers to cast them.
We intend to work only in cooperation with foundry manufacturers.
MCD is going to find partners for exchanging manhole covers better solutions and designs, or foundry manufacturers to cast them.
If you will manufacture a cover following our design and you will accept to send us the breaking test results and evaluation,
as well as a detailed photo of the broken piece (frame or lid) we'll send you in exchange another new design of a similar piece.
It is necessary to tell us before, because we have to verify the reserve of our new designs.

Manhole covers designs refers to grey or ductile cast iron manhole covers
according to standard BS-EN-124 and loading test meeting with B-125, C-250, D-400, E-600.
Suggested material use grey cast iron EN-GJL-350 (BS-EN-1561) for t=14mm, or ductile iron EN-GJS-400-15 (BS-EN-1563) for t=12mm, for D-400 class; as well as ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 for t=14, EN-GJS-600-3, for t=12mm, for E-600 class.
You may already cast the manhole cover exposed below, as it is designed, following the terms of use.
The non-mentioned dimensions will be choosen due to manufacturer.
