We have drawings of cover backsides which have reinforcement ribs in arrangements which achieve a higher
performance of strength, like those shown in thumbnails.
Every type of encroaching of mechanical drawing rules, which does not affects the details of pieces, may not be taken into consideration, because all is designed for internet web-site usage.
Everywhere where are suggested more values for the same dimension, the manufacturer will chose those which he considers the most suitable.
The non-mentioned dimensions will be choosen due to manufacturer.
Frames' flutings' cross shape are in compliance with those shown on the match lid. (For set-designed frames and lids).
Circular frames face and backside images may be circle(round) turned
each other with 67degrees clockwise or with any other angle values.
Notice ! All lines that appear less then 1 millimeter distance from each other
(at the drawing scale), are represented in the drawing as only one line.
For technical drawing reasons, some line types may be changed if there are specifications
of meaning for those lines on the (each) drawing.
[for instance: the two-point line is changed with interrupted (discontinous) line]
Outlined (draft) drawings containing all necessary details may be considered ready for delivering.
Cover drawings (or only cover details) having more suitable solutions
may be considered ready for delivery even without any finishing.
(For instance - the "FlatLids").
There are technical laws that allow any loading class between 1,5 and 12,5 class (for instance 3,5; 5; 7,5 tf, or 35; 50; 75 kN).
For this matter an inscription with a (guaranted) non-standard loading class value, multiple of 0,50 tf (3,5 ; 5 ; 7,5...) or multiple of 5 kN (35; 50; 75...) is suggested.
The light duty "solid grooved" lids may be delivered by the manufacturer with split-peg and ring, only with split-peg (without ring), or without both split-peg and ring. The ring may be welded or not.
The medium duty "solid grooved" lids may be delievered with a lifting key. The lifting ring is not suitable for this kind of lids !
We can deliver only face-side designs to match (or to be adjusted for) any kind of backside and section details, but only under the specified conditions.
Therefore, the conditions and characteristics contained on each face design shall be followed. Holes' depth and FRH specifications (contained in the afferent section drawing) shall be preserved too, as well as the suitable (matching) frame's caracteristics.
We deliever covers designed both as a whole, and (only) as a part of them (face or backside for frames or lids, as well as drawings piece by piece).
The manufacture of grey-cast-iron manhole covers using the mechanical drawings is unrestricted as long as the resulted products, the mechanical drawings used , the terms and conditions specified above are followed by the manufacturer.
